We hope you will love the experience of passing along your faith to your child and perhaps deepen your own understanding of it as well. In order to help you do this, we recommend that before you download the lesson plan for each session, take a few minutes just for yourself – to clear your mind of the many worries and distractions that are part of being a parent. We recommend this 3-Minute Retreat as a terrific way to do this – it works and it is really only 3-minutes long!
